Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"I’m currently not that happy with this racket. I wanted to achieve more control (but I’m not finding this the case) plus I seem to be getting a sore elbow which I’ve never suffer with before. I did try and select by racket weight but this was really discounted by my ‘helper’ (sorry - can’t think of the right term, but he did seem knowledgeable and helpful) I’ve had to enter something for the question below…. but critically it doesn’t seem to add to my game."
