About Us

We are PDHSports.com, a family run racket sports specialist based in Derby. PDHSports began trading in 1992 when professional squash player Paul Hargrave set up a restringing business and started selling rackets to supplement his squash playing income. We were one of the first racket sports retailers to sell online. We've come a long way since the nineties with a much more sophisticated online presence and recently moved from Duffield to a new warehouse on the outskirts of Derby.

We are proud to be one of the few independent, specialist racket sports retailers based in the UK yet also offering worldwide delivery.

As official racket testers for leading brands, we test many products pre-launch and we also try to review as many of the ranges we sell as possible so that we can give informed advice. Our YouTube channel, with new product reviews and coaching tips, has now had over ten million views.

We stock all major racket sports brands and also work with emerging brands to offer our customers fantastic choice. We secure exclusive racket deals and offer brilliant Bundles and Multibuys which you won't find anywhere else.

We don't just have an online presence. Our busy showroom offers customers the chance to try before you buy and we love meeting our customers face to face! Many travel hundreds of miles in the search for specialist advice. We will soon be adding a demo court to our warehouse in Derby and our showroom will incorporate new technology to allow customers to select the perfect products for their level and style of play. 

Our unique Ten Day Racket Trial also sets us apart from the competition. First introduced in 2009, it has been a highly successful scheme which allows online customers the chance to test our products.
