Price Match Promise

In addition to offering customers fantastic service and the peace of mind of dealing with an established, independent, family run business (we’ve been selling racket sports equipment since 1992), we are committed to offering the best prices in the UK.

We regularly check our prices against competitors however if you find the same individual product, sold with the same conditions, we offer to price match in our showroom and on our website.

Terms and conditions

• The Price Match Promise does not apply to prices you have been quoted for package deals, clearance, discontinued lines or under membership discount schemes.
• A link to the competitor price may be required and goods must be in stock in that size at the other retailer for the price to be valid.
• The competitor's price must include delivery. If not, delivery costs will be added to their offer price to create a total price inclusive of delivery (delivery costs will be estimated using the competitor's delivery policies based on that product alone being ordered).
• The Price Match Promise does not apply to sales once they have been confirmed.
• Please note that many major racket sports and fitness brands do not permit the sale of their sports goods by authorised retailers on eBay or other similar auction sites. Therefore we are not able to match prices on auction or marketplace sites, including Amazon.
• Please note that we can only match prices from authorised UK websites / retailers.
• Price Match prices are only valid for 48hrs after we have approved the price.
• Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Price Match goods must be over £10.00.
• Price Match only applies to items which are exactly the same model, colour, grip size/shoe size.
• This offer is only valid for UK residents and addresses.
• Price Match offer does not apply to bulk purchases.
