Each ball then undergoes one of the most rigorous manufacturing processes in the industry, including over 100 quality control checks throughout production, with each ball hand-finished to guarantee superior quality. It features 85% short synthetic felt, specially engineered to reduce sand and water retention while maximizing long-term durability.

Delivery
Customer collection - FREE collection from our Derbyshire showroom Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. (Orders of in stock items will be ready for collection 30 minutes after order is placed)
Orders under £40.00 - £4.99 standard delivery (2-3 working days)
Orders £40 or over - FREE standard delivery (2-3 working days)
UK next working day £7.99 – order by 3pm Monday to Friday. Please note that orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on MONDAY as this is a next working day service. We also offer aturday delivery. Please note excludes bank holidays.

UK Saturday delivery £13.50 - order by 3pm Friday
Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched same day where possible and most items will be despatched within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.
