Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Bought this after suffering a wrist injury and struggling with my normal squash racket which was slightly heavier - this racket is much gentler on the wrist and I really can't fault it. Can't see me going back to my old racket after playing with this. 👍👍👍"
