Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Racket fine But I ordered TEAM model by mistake and they would not accept a return due to customer strings. I would have thought for an operator of their size, they could have just resold to next custom string job and I'd have paid a restocking fee. Now stuck with a £235 racket I don't want."
