Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Thought I’d try a different brand of racket and wow what a choice, this racket gives a great feel and good racket stiffness for enhanced power whilst reducing shock allowing great manoeuvrability and head speed. It also has a larger sweet spot allowing for a greater hitting area. I would definitely recommend this racket."
