Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"I was using Head Speed MPL and Head Extreme MPL. Both great rackets but lost the oomph from my serve and backhand power. Also, my arm was always sore and I had to undergo shockwave therapy to overcome this. After using the Ezone 100 after a few weeks my serve has returned to its old strength and backhand is better. It is a powerful racket and I’ve had to reign in my down the line strokes which the Head Speed was brilliant at executing."
