Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Would have given 0 stars. Just after playing for a couple of sessions the fluff on the balls started coming out. Really disappointing. Not sure whether the quality of the balls has gone down or there was an issue with this batch, but extremely disappointed."
