Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Bought for my wife. It is light, has good power and reasonable control (on a good day!) Very much liked. My wife was taking tenpins up again after many years of not playing and at 71 years old needed a light versatile racket. It ticks the boxes and she is enjoying using it.
