Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Good value squash shoe. Lasts reasonably well (around 1 season), and comfortable. Runs a bit narrow as do many Adidas models, and similarly a bit small on the overall sizing. I'm a 9. 5, but size 10 in Adidas. The extra lace hole at the top means zero slip at the heel. Very nice."
