Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Just started playing and found the wooden paddles too light and no control over the ball at all. This paddle is slightly heavier and feels better to grip. Slightly more control over the ball and the lipped edges make it better for mis-hits when not getting the centre of the paddle. Grip is solid and no slipping at all even when I sweat. All in all a great beginners paddle."
