Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Racket is great however I won’t be using pdh again as they use Royal Mail for deliveries. Lies of when the racket will turn up, wasted my time and then had a wild goose chase trying to collect it."
