Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.
