Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"I wouldn’t rate these highly for comfort. While they’re lightweight and breathable as advertised, I found there’s very little flexibility in the shoe, which made them uncomfortable almost immediately. Unfortunately, they gave me blisters on my first (and only) wear, even though this was just indoors. Because of that, I felt i couldn’t return them. They may suit someone with a very specific foot shape, but for me they felt too rigid and not forgiving enough."
