Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"I came to this racquet after using a Nox ML10 Pro Cup Rough Surface…The Siux actually has a much rougher surface, I can feel the difference with the 3k carbon face, gives a bit more power without being too much of a leap. I would recommend but has taken playing with it about 4 or 5 times to get locked in."
