Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Great racket. The grip is really small though. I can’t see why that would be. I have smaller than average hands, so never thought I’d have this problem. Because of the widening of the racket head, I can’t even fix the problem with a new overgrip. The racket is still usable, pretty fun to play with in fact, just feels a bit strange."
