Rock-solid feel and touch: Using the lowest density in any material, HEAD MicroGel™ is really a revolutionary new silicone-based material. HEAD seems to have combined MicroGel ™ with rigid and powerful carbon composite fibers to develop a racquet with phenomenal responsive characteristics. On ball impact, MicroGel™ uniformly redirects the impact load across the frame to produce probably the most rock-solid feel and remarkable touch ever achieved for the sport.
What goes on during ball impact?
MicroGel™ deforms and compresses, soaking up and scattering the impact towards the whole frame, then comes back quickly to its initial shape.
HEAD’s new Microgel rackets get an increased head width, which will enable the ball disappear the stringbed for unparalleled power and feel.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Not sure how many years I’ve used this racquet but had three on the go at the same time, all restrung several times. A few weeks ago the frame went on one, on closer inspection there’s a crack on another so thought I’d better replace, was really surprised to find I could still buy one. Consider it to be a good regular middle of the road racquet and certainly recommend it."
