Description

The new Head Speed 120 Slimbody, as previously used by 'Superman' Paul Coll, is designed for fast, manoeuvrable and powerful play. With a thin 16mm beam, this racket cuts through the air incredibly quickly, whilst the even balance point lets you hit with great power when needed. This racket comes strung with an open 12 x 17 string pattern that provides great levels of power. However, if you're looking for a little more control, it can be restrung with a more dense 16 x 17 pattern thanks to Head's innovative Adaptive Fan Pattern.

Play an even faster game with the refreshed Speed series! Upgraded with innovative Auxetic technology for more touch and a softer feel, these rackets offer an ultra-modern blend of speed, manoeuvrability and power.

3/4 rackets with defect

"I bought 2 of these. When the first broke (frame snapped in half from a totally clean drive during a warmup) after 15 mins where the teardrop meets the throat I thought I had been unlucky getting a racket with a defect. PDH were super helpful with a resolution so I bought 2 more… 3 out of 4 have broken in exactly the same location on the frame, every single one off a clean hit. In 20 years of squash only once before have I broken 3 frames in such a short space of time. Last time it was confirmed that the rackets were from a defective batch."

I hadn't bought a new

"I hadn't bought a new racket for some time as I don't play as much as I used to (formerly Master's international level) and my old Head rackets are fine. However, I was really glad that I bought this racket as it is a perfect weight and balance for me, and has actually given me a bit of a boost. I was unsure how the stringing would work for me but it's actually very good, so all round it's a 5 star. Well done!"
