Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error. Items which have been custom restrung or personalised in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately rackets cannot be returned for a full refund if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle.

"Not easily visible against a grey or dark background. Not liked by our older players who have difficulty in gauging their pace & bounce when compared to yellow or light green balls. Will not purchase blue again for use indoors at our facility."
